Triple C Housing Developer is on par to close on this new property in late December, and we presume we will have it prepared for occupancy in early 2025 (likely by the end of February).  

Bayville, NJ, and Dunellen, NJ
Triple C Housing Developer has properties and is working with the townships on renovation approvals. We should have updates in January/February of 2025.   We do not know how many units will be available.  

Flemington, NJ
Cardinal Capital Management (CCM) was working on the land for affordable housing to offer NJDH some units, but the township says there were water creek issues. 

New Jersey School for the Deaf, Building 24
NJDH returned to D.O.E. and proposed to the new Commissioner and Chief of Staff that the vacant building be used for senior housing.  As of today, it is still “under review”.
