Deaf Housing

New Jersey does not yet have any housing designed and targeted for adults who are Deaf, deafblind, Hard of Hearing, or late deafened. A number of such specifically designed apartment homes are available in other states, however. Members of NJDH have visited some of these homes and discussed their experiences with several of the tenants who live there and the developers of the buildings
